Three Nifty Apps


Here are three apps you might like to try for no other reason than that sometimes fun apps can be really useful in the classroom.

Make Dice  $2.99 – every class can use dice and this simple app lets you create your own dice using words, numbers, symbols or images.

Up In Pieces – terrific app for making jigsaws. Use photos, equations, maps, formulas just about anything you could think of. A digital jigsaw would be a great tuning in activity for students at any year level

TypeDrawing  $2.99 – a cute app to create images using words. Lots of possibilities – I used it for the image for this post
